Thank you to Pete & Sherri Verdone and children Ashley & Nicole for letting Jim help them buy their first home a few years ago . When they decided to look for a larger house, they again allowed Jim to help. This picture was made during their house-warming party.

 

Our appreciation to Mr. George Scherger. Mr. Scherger referred his son to Jim and also allowed Jim to sell an investment property for him.

Ms. Margaret Setzer permitted Jim to assist her in the purchase of a brand new home several years ago. We thank Margaret for giving us the chanceto earn her friendship and her real estate business.

 

Meet Chien Nguyen, his wife Lan Vu and children Nhan and Li. They have allowed us to twice assist them in buying a home. Several years ago David helped them in the purchase of their first house and Ray has recently worked with them in the selection and purchase of a larger home to suit the growing family. We are grateful for their confidence

Meet Michael Phillips, staff associate of a major Charlotte law firm. He was recently assisted by Ray in the purchase of his new home. Ray & Michael are pictured here at the closing in his firm's office. Michael formerly lived in this same neighborhood before moving to Georgia. He returned to Charlotte about 3 years ago. He is a graduate of the University of South Carolina and also writes short stories for literary magazines. We wish Michaelall the best in his new home. Thanks for letting us help.

 

This happy family, (right to left) Jim Reiss, wife Peg and Peg’smother, Margaret Belusko are excited and enjoying their brand new home in the Stone Hollow community, Huntersville, NC. Ray was the lucky REALTOR who assisted this great family, formerly from Pennsylvania, with the purchase and closing . Peg not only got her dream home, but
also was able to furnish it with all new furniture and accessories. It showslike a decorator’s model.

 

David and Kate Smyth are Ray's newest happy homeowners, shown here with closing attorney Raymond Lancaster (center). The Smyths have 3 very active children; Ben, Jenna, and Shannon who will thoroughly enjoy their new 2.4 acre mini-farm complete with 6 stall horse barn, paddock and creek. The Smyths moved to Charlotte from Buffalo last fall and are definitely enjoying the weather here.

 

Mike Ivie is a personal friend to all of us in addition to being an investor client. Mike and his associates have built up a large real estate portfolio and allowed us to represent them in their purchases of single family, multi-family and commercial properties. We are most grateful for Mike's friendship andfor the chance to help in his business.

 

We are pleased to introduce Alan Tyndall & Carol Sinnott, new homeowners.Jim assisted Carol's mother in her home purchase several years ago. We wish Alan & Carol the most happiness in their new house.

 

Meet new homeowners Don, Lynda, Emily & Jennifer Evans. Jim had the pleasure of helping the Evans family get out of the rent rut and into a home of their own. We are most appreciative of their business and more so, their friendship.

Say hello to Cristie Harkey who is seen here at the ground breaking and the final walk-through meeting for her new home in Union County. David has had the pleasure of selling homes to and for Cristie, her parents and a home formerly owned by Cristie's grandmother. We are grateful for the opportunity to be able to serve Cristie and her family with their real estate needs.

 

We are proud to have had the opportunity to assist Mr. Phill Coombs in his efforts to "fire his landlord" Phil is a student of Medieval History and was kind enough to provide us with this photo of himself, his son Joey and the Lor the family pet in Renaissance attire.

 

Our good friend and client Grace Hinton is pictured here with David. Grace and her husband John have been most kind to us in allowing us to assist them in home ownership. We appreciate very much their confidence in our small company.

 

Clark and Lisa Fowler are shown here with their sons (l.to r.) Michael, Jeremy and Nate. The family worked with Ray to find this spacious home in S.E. Charlotte with 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and an inground swimming pool.
The Fowlers moved to Charlotte from PA. All three sons are actively involved in marching band and other high school activities.
Thanks to them for the opportunity to work with such fine people.

The Cooper's former property is now the site for a splendid new home near Mint Hill to be constructed by Dr.and Mrs. Nikrooz. Natural enviornment within this private retreat include ponds, huge trees, deer, beaver and other wildlife and birds.

Just after closing on her new townhome, Tonja Little flashes her million dollar smile and prepares to move in. Tonja is a personable customer service staffer for Bank of America in Charlotte. Ray was privileged to assist her in the purchase of her first home.

 

Jim wishes to thank Brenda Baruth, pictured here with her daughter Lynn, for the opportunity to help them in purchasing their new home. Brenda has been a family friend to Jim's wife, Kathy for many years. We wish Brenda & Lynn the very best.

"HAPPY ENDING" Baran and Whitney Watson listed and sold their beautiful home through Ray. Professional teamwork with the selling agent, the financial lender and the closing law firm made this a very pleasant transaction. Ken & Heather Boyles celebrate the closing of their new home with David. Our thanks to the Boyles for allowing us to help them in this purchase, just in time for the Thanksgiving & Christmas holidays

 

It was our indeed pleasure to assist Bobby & Sandra Altier in the purchase of a home in Rock Hill, SC. The Altier's allowed us to take a photo of them as they left the closing. We wish them every happiness.

 

We are always honored to be allowed to work with a buyer or seller more than once. Such was the case with Jim & Peg Reiss who, when transfered out of state, allowed Ray to sell their home. We wish the Reiss's every success in their new home.
